Paul Otto Manz (1919 – 2009), American composer for choir and organ, is most famous for his hymn festivals in which he played a set of themed hymns interspersed with readings. Each hymn would be introduced with improvisations on that hymn. This is a collection of Manz’s handwritten manuscript music notebooks. These notebooks contain compositional preparations for hymn festivals, recorded compilations, and other occasions.
